A: Minor repairs like ejector pins are typically the responsibility of the customer, however we have access to a U.S. based Tool & Die shop that can perform repairs without sending back to Asia.
A: Our Asian partners have a professional and dedicated mold making team and full set of advanced equipment: CNC machining centers, CNC EDMs, wire-cutting machines, CNC lathes, large milling machines, large/small grinding machines, CNC deep-hole drilling machines, threading machines, laser engraving machines. Advanced and effective machining software are used to make high-precision molds.
A: Our Asian Partners have an injection molding team that is skillful and experienced. They have advanced injection machines ranging from 70 ton to 2500 ton to conduct effective mold trials and molding production as well.
